You Invest

You invest in the project and acquire an ownership stake in the property based on your investment amount. This is not a REIT or a Stock.

We Operate Efficiently

We direct the efficient operations of the property and collect monthly rent
payments from our creditworthy tenants

You Earn Cash Dividends

We pay you a cash dividend either monthly or quarterly depending on the project

4

You Get Paid

We exit the project and return all of your equity and your share of the net
profit.
